Brewing beer has been part of humanity for many thousands of years, and a historic town like Poole has plenty of history itself dating back to the bronze age.

Over the years breweries have provided employment, as wells being core parts of local communities and none more so than Dolphin Brewery Poole which had a history lasting 150 years.

The recently restarted Brewery is bringing back the old historical beers, researching the brewery history and beers and adding new beers to the range.
